Mariesha A. Blazik joined Endelman & Associates as a consultant.  Her experience includes large-scale hospitality projects, facilities for the banking and legal sectors, and housing complexes.  She is experienced in code compliance issues (ADAAG, UBC, IBC, ANSI, FHA) as well as several state specific requirements (including California Title 24 , Colorado's CRS 9-5, and Washington's WAC-5140).

Prior to joining Endelman & Associates and moving to the West, Mariesha worked as a consultant in project management / project architect at the New York firm of Kohn, Pedersen, & Fox Associates, an award winning architectural design firm.  Prior, Mariesha worked in both the strategic planning and project management services at the award winning interiors firm, Gensler Associates, NY.  

Mariesha received both a Masters degree in Architecture (on full fellowship award) from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Architecture professional degree from Pratt Institute, where she was awarded the 1994 Design Excellence award.  She recently completed the business certificate program at Columbia University.

Experienced in Accessibility provisions / standards including ADAAG; FHA Guidelines, IBC, ANSI A117.1-1986 - 2003, WAC-51-50 (WA), CA Building Code 1998 & 2001 (Title 24), UBC, and BOCA.

Architectural Experience

Project Manager for large-scale mid and high-rise projects, during all construction phases. Projects include;

- Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, PA - 350,000 sq ft $500M renovation project, served as project manager, responsible for all sub-consultant coordination and worked directly with owner’s representation.

- The MetLife Building, NY - Project Architect for lobby and elevator cab renovation project.

- Fort Bonifacio, Philippines – Provided detailed zoning analysis and coordination of several multi-level parking structures for proposed $1.3B Master Plan of new CBD (Central Business District).

Experienced as a Project Manager for several Time Warner division interior fit-outs, as well as significant experience in strategic planning for major corporate clients.  Projects include;

- Time Warner Inc., NY – Developed an over 250,000 sq ft strategic plan for business critical divisions and assisted in implementing new interior construction fit-outs for several TW divisions - Warner Music Group IT (25,000 sq ft), Warner Brothers (20,000 sq ft), and Warner Elektra Atlantic (18,000 sq ft).  Worked directly with owner’s rep to select potential buildings, analyze and develop relocation strategies, and develop renovation (construction) plans for three divisions.  Served as PM for the interior fit-out construction phases of the three relocated divisions.

    Developed several large-scale strategic planning projects, including Scholastic Inc Headquarters (NY), The National Basketball Association Headquarters (NY), and Priceline.com Headquarters (CT).
