Endelman & Associates PLLC prides itself on performing services that fall outside the traditionally defined architectural services.  Clients' needs today are often not traditional. 

We can develop a survey instrument and perform Specialty Surveys to meet your special needs, for example:

bulletDevelopment a survey of ATM Security Lighting and Design recommendations for Banks to comply with a new state law.  This was applied to 275 bank branches, and lighting changed were implemented.

bulletWe are in the process of developing a uniquely effective Building Condition Survey, based upon the Custom Survey Application proven on over 44 million square feet of surveys.

This type of Survey is often used by Insurance Companies, Bank Construction Loan Departments, building purchasers for Due Diligence on Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Facility Real Estate Asset Management departments and other individuals.

We have experience performing Building Condition Surveys as a sub-consultant, in association with another  company.

Through our strategic partners, we can offer Building Condition Surveys throughout the country.
