|
| Is your company planning to relocate or expand its current facility? | |
| Do you have the expertise and time in-house to handle this complex process? |
While many large companies have internal facility staff, experienced on an ongoing basis in successfully planning, contracting and managing all the vendors associated with facility planning and relocation, smaller companies usually do not.
Furthermore, companies must deal with the disruption to their core businesses in assigning the tasks to managers who have other responsibilities.
| The most important relocation tasks and the real success of the
project start many months before the move! | |
| Endelman & Associates partners with
our experienced sub-consultant, Vicki Bailey with over thirteen years experience in corporate relocation. Contact Us for Assistance. |
| Feel free use this Checklist to see whether your company has the specialty knowledge, staff availability, and time to accomplish these essential services, which E&A offers. |
